OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults)

The OCIA program is meant to prepare any adult (18 yrs and older), who has not received one or more of the three sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion), to receive these sacraments. It is also open to those who have made the sacraments to become more informed about and to deepen their faith. The program is combined with Saint Brendan Parish, Riverside. The candidates or catechumens receive the sacraments at the Easter Vigil in the spring.
